3LAU at Māyā Day + Nightclub, February 2:
One trip to Sweden inspired Justin Blau, a former finance major to turn down wall street and pursue a career as a Las Vegas DJ. His mix of Swedish house beats and Top 40 pop created a positive stir amongst EDM fans and he was soon playing shows across the country. He now has more than 5 years of DJ’ing under his belt and he continues to make a positive impact on music and the community. 3LAU is passionate about two things; his fans, music and helping those in need. He has combined the two by creating a charity music label, BLUME, which donates all proceeds from streams and royalties to the charity, Pencils of Promise. 3LAU traded in the possibility of having a career with a greedy reputation for a career that brings people together and he’s managed to work with dance music’s biggest power players along the way. Get ready to kick off Waste Management weekend with this EDM superstar. Get tickets here.
TJR at Māyā Day + Nightclub, February 3:
TJR found his niche in dance music in 2008 when he began to gravitate from acid house to an increasingly popular electro-house production style. It was a critical change which brought him worldwide success, opportunities to record with powerhouse labels like Spinnin’ Records, major hits such as “Ode to Oi” and his inescapably radio-dominant collaboration with Pitbull, “Don’t Stop The Party”. He has played the world’s greatest clubs and festivals, and on February 3rd he is bringing his live set to Scottsdale. Expect a bevy of electro-house beats and a blend of different genres from the trained mixing master. TJR always hosts a wild affair from the DJ booth, so expect to party hard this Friday night at Māyā. Grab tickets here.
DJ Carnage at Māyā Day + Nightclub, February 4:
DJ Carnage brings a level of brash confidence to all of his shows that his fan base, the Chipotle Gang, respects and loves. Carnage launched his DJ career by remixing Hardwell’s, “Spaceman” into what is widely regarded as the birth of big room festival trap. He saw this as being a risky move because he valued the original song. However, there cannot be a reward without a risk and his risk definitely paid off. After the release of his remix, he quickly rose to the top; headlining festivals, holding residencies in Vegas and building a rabid fan base. Carnage is known for bringing more than a hundred percent to every show he puts on. He’ll do anything to exceed the audience’s expectations and nothing is ever too far out of bounds. Carnage’s captivating stage presence is going to make this Saturday night at Māyā night to remember. Get tickets here.
