Laidback Luke at Māyā Day + Nightclub: January 13th, 2017
The yoga-loving veteran DJ/producer from Amsterdam first entered the music scene with alluring house and techno beats. Years later, Luke is now recognized for bringing more of an eclectic style to the decks. His career kicked-off in the early ‘90s, and his sound was launched to critical acclaim. He was voted #46 on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs in 2008, climbing to #27 in 2009, and eventually #17 in 2010, showing his constant progression as a trendsetting tastemaker in the world of EDM. Probably one of the most interesting things to set him apart from his late-night life as a DJ is the healthy lifestyle he enjoys sharing with his fans. He has his own weekly vlog on Facebook (The Real World: DJ Edition) where his followers can get an up-close glimpse into his daily life of yoga, meditation and healthy eating.
