St. Patty’s Day is upon us once again, and we couldn’t be more excited for the classic traditions we’ve come to expect from our favorite Irish holiday. Though Arizona is a long way from Ireland, the Valley of the Sun has a long list of hot spots celebrating this international day of revelry. In honor of the luckiest day of the year, the SLE team has compiled a list of St. Patrick Day activities happening across Arizona this week.

Tempe Beach Park
Celtic punk band, Flogging Molly returns to Tempe Beach Park on Friday, March 17, for another St. Patrick’s Day celebration filled with authentic Irish anthems. The band will perform in Tempe as part of their Green 17 Tour promoting their latest album release, “Speed of Darkness.” The band recently told the Arizona Republic that when you’re in Flogging Molly, every day is St. Patrick’s Day. How lucky for us Zonies that we get to nab the band on the official holiday!
